Hot shop herring is an old food tradition that originated from the prime time of the glassworks. It contains herring in brine cooked with onion and cream. Isterband sausage, pork and baked potato with aromatic butter. For dessert we serve a traditional swedish cheesecake with whipped cream and strawberry jam.
